DESCRIPTION
BENZOL® Soluble Cutting Oil is a premium quality lubricant, high quality versatile product suitable for lubricating and cooling a wide range of metal cutting operations such as Turning, Mining, Drilling, Grinding and Boring on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It plays a vital role in accelerating the production rate by enabling increased rate of metal removal and by reducing or eliminating problems associated with severe and hazardous machine operation.
APPLICATIONS
BENZOL® Soluble Cutting is general-purpose, soluble type cutting oil for use with water of normal hardness. A dilution of 4% to 8% is suitable for the majority of application. It is advised to start with 4% and adjust as necessary. Concentration varies depending on the type of machining, hardness of water and required corrosion protection.
